Ok, so this Blog is born because I wanted to share stress relief, anxiety relief and depression relief, Self Care, Self Love (that is MUST), day to day practices or tips so that every person could live life Stress Free, Anxiety Free and Depression free.

Blogging for me is a way to bring out my creativity. Researching ancient arts, healing methods and natural therapies is my passion. At Happy Therapy Art I love to share knowledge about things and practices which are close to mother nature, our planet and are ancient or modern techniques to combat stress, anxiety and sadness, and keep us happy.
