GET GLOWING SKIN IN 10 MINUTES WITH WHEAT FLOUR

face scrub home remedy

Ok, so I was feeling tired and lethargic and quite dull. So thought of getting a facial. Searched my drawers for readymade Scrub tube/packs but oh, there is none left.

Now what? I recalled a home remedy for a quick fix. Yes! It's a simple home made facial scrub with wheat flour, milk and a little oil. Isn't that super affordable.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon wheat flour
  • Approx. 4 tablespoon of milk (full fat is best but if not that than normal skimmed or any milk will do, just that it should not be hot, just room temperature or cold is best)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (olive oil or almond oil is best)
face scrub

Mix these ingredients well by a spoon. It should have a semi liquid consistency, and now simply apply on face and neck. Keep it for 5 minutes, it will start drying. When Semi-dry, start scrubbing in circular motions. This will start getting dust, dirt and dead skin come out along with the wheat scrub particles. Keep scrubbing till all wheat particles are removed.

Once done, wash your face with water and pat dry. Your skin will not only start glowing but will also feel supple and soft.

SMUDGING A SACRED DIVINE WAY TO GET POSITIVITY

HIBISUS FOR SKIN AND HAIR CARE

Hibiscus is often referred to as a miracle flower. The vitamin C and E extracts in the flower lighten your skin tone and hydrate it to get glowing skin.  Hibiscus is excellent for skin tightening because the anthocyanins stimulate elastin production, helping the natural process of keeping your skin tight and youthful looking.  One of the primary benefits of hibiscus for skin is that it is rich in Vitamin A. Vitamin A is anti-inflammatory when applied to the skin and can help reduce any redness or soreness.  At the same time, hibiscus acids promote production of a protein that boosts cell regeneration, speeding healing along.  Hibiscus contains phenolic compounds that, by scavenging free radicals, protect the skin from environmental damage.  Furthermore, alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) in hibiscus exfoliate the skin, making it an excellent choice for a face pack .  In addition, it improves skin texture and reduces blackheads and hyperpigmentation. You can use h...
