  • 6 edible flowers
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Boil the water along with grated ginger. Keep it on medium flame and let it heat up. Now add Butterfly Pea flowers or Aparjita flowers to it. 
  • Keep the flame medium and let the tea simmer for five minutes.
  • Now strain the tea into a cup. Add lemon juice, honey, give a nice mix and serve.
